Sweet Blaze is 👀 for his forever 🏡

Blaze is almost completely potty trained and is trustworthy off leash as long as he knows his safe space. He is really warming up to getting affection and often follows us around the yard attached to a human leg 😉 He is still very skittish and learning the world can be okay so he will need a patient adopter! Message us to come meet Blaze! Share to help him find his family 💕

We have been hard at work lately building the new rescue area! It is finally finished enough that it is useable! Banner and Blaze are the first pups to explore the new area. We still have a long ways to go, but this feels like huge progress!

This boy is starting to figure out that being a dog can actually be pretty fun. A little off-leash freedom, some confidence building, and a whole lot of exploring. 🐾

He’s still learning to trust, but watching him come out of his shell has been so rewarding.

Now he just needs someone to keep showing him how good life can be. ❤️

We are always willing to help in whatever ways we can to KEEP a dog in their home. Not only are you taking space and resources from a dog who truly needs it, but you are putting your own dog through more trauma than you’ll ever realize. Trauma that changes them forever. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it! Many organizations, like us, are happy to assist in whatever ways we can.

Sherlock is the definition of an easy companion. He’s already potty trained, wonderful with other dogs and animals, loves his walks, enjoys trips to the dog park, and would be just as happy hanging out on a farm as he would relaxing on the couch after a day of adventures.

For a Border Collie, he’s incredibly laid back. He’s affectionate, loves his people, and has the funniest personality—he’ll happily “talk” to let you know exactly what he wants. 🥹

His only dealbreaker? Trains. They’re the one thing he just can’t live with. But outside of that, Sherlock is an incredibly adaptable, loving dog who’s ready to be someone’s best friend.

Watching him roll around in the grass, you’d never guess he’s still waiting for a family of his own.

Watching Blaze instinctively work is amazing because no one taught him this. It’s simply who he is.

Sadly, Blaze’s past was filled with neglect, not purpose. He was abandoned and never given the love or care he deserved.
