It's Veterinary Receptionist Week!

What better time than now to introduce our receptionist/CSR at our clinic, Bethany! Bethany has been with us for almost a year and came from Tulsa, Oklahoma. In her free time she enjoys puzzles, Legos, bird watching, and spending time with her kitties (Habanero and Odin).

At Ski Town, we call our receptionists "Client Service Representatives"- because what they do goes far beyond simply answering phones and scheduling appointments. CSRs are the first to greet you and the last to wish you well. Their kindness and patience makes a world of difference.
