✨ Friendly Reminder for All Clients ✨
With the holiday season in full swing, my schedule is officially packed and I’m fully booked into the new year. Because of this, it’s more important than ever to stay on top of your grooming appointments. 🐾
Going forward, missed appointments will need to be paid for in full. Today’s reminder comes with lots of grace, but moving ahead, no-shows and same-day cancellations really impact my one-on-one schedule — especially during the busiest time of year.
Please make sure to double-check your text reminders. They include your appointment time and also send out about an hour beforehand as a secondary reminder to help keep everyone on track.
