✨ Friendly Reminder for All Clients ✨

With the holiday season in full swing, my schedule is officially packed and I’m fully booked into the new year. Because of this, it’s more important than ever to stay on top of your grooming appointments. 🐾

Going forward, missed appointments will need to be paid for in full. Today’s reminder comes with lots of grace, but moving ahead, no-shows and same-day cancellations really impact my one-on-one schedule — especially during the busiest time of year.

Please make sure to double-check your text reminders. They include your appointment time and also send out about an hour beforehand as a secondary reminder to help keep everyone on track.

✨ Thanksgiving is right around the corner… and so is Christmas! ✨
The holiday season sneaks up fast, and December is already filling up quickly. If you know your pup will need a fresh groom for holiday photos, family gatherings, or just to look extra cute under the tree 🎄—now is the time to book!

I have limited availability left for December, with only a handful of spots remaining.
If you require specific days or times, please book as soon as possible to secure what works best for you.

I am taking new clients at this time, but existing clients will be prioritized during the holiday rush.

Headed to the Rally National Championships! 🐾✈️
I’ll be flying out to support my best friend and colleague at the Rally National Championships, and I couldn’t be more honored to tag along for such a special moment.

She’s truly put her money where her mouth is—working hard, training harder, and making it all the way to the top. I’m so proud of her and can’t wait to watch her showcase the skills that make her the absolute BEST trainer around, alongside the incredible bond she shares with the best dog in the game.

Clients: I’ll be out of town and have limited availability, but I’ll be checking in when I can. Thank you for your continued support! I’ll be back full swing next week. Have a safe and wonderful Fourth of July !!🇺🇸

Wow, I am absolutely blown away by the incredible demand for services! I’m filled with gratitude and can’t thank you all enough for your trust and support. That said, due to the current volume of bookings, shifting my schedule to regularly include a weekend day just isn’t feasible . It would be a massive disservice to current clients who have already pre-booked for the rest of the year.

Beginning April, I will be offering limited weekend availability for additional/urgent appointments for those who cannot wait/match my current availablity, at 1.5 times the usual rate. The increased rate is due to these weekend appointments being in addition to my already booked schedule.

!!Please note that weekend rates will not apply to clients who had to be rescheduled due to circumstances on my end!!

For clarity, outside of select request weekends, my regular hours will still be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6:30 PM. I am balancing these occasional weekend “overtime” appointments with my own personal life, so please know that not every weekend will be available.

Thank you so much for your understanding and patience as always. Your support means the world, and I’m incredibly grateful to continue working with such amazing clients and their pups. 🐾

There are a few reasons why someone might need a last-minute dog grooming:
1. Unexpected Event or Appointment: They may have a special event, like a family gathering, wedding, or a photoshoot, where they want their dog to look clean and well-groomed.
2. Dog’s Health or Comfort: Sometimes, dogs may get matted fur or have excessive shedding that causes discomfort or skin irritation, prompting the need for grooming right away.
3. Dirty or Smelly Dog: After a muddy walk, a swim, or a roll in something unpleasant, the owner might need an urgent grooming session to clean their dog.
4. Seasonal or Weather-related Needs: During warmer months, some dogs might need a quick grooming to keep them comfortable. Likewise, a last-minute grooming might be necessary before a change in weather that could affect the dog’s coat or comfort.
5. Time Constraints: A pet owner might have had to cancel or reschedule a previous grooming appointment, and now needs to get their dog groomed as soon as possible.
6. Travel Plans: If the dog is about to travel, either by plane or car, owners might want to make sure their dog is freshly groomed for comfort and cleanliness during the trip.

I just want to take a moment to thank my amazing community for your continued support! It’s such a pleasure working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities—each one brings something special to the table.

To make sure you secure your spot, I recommend rebooking your next appointment in advance, as I’m currently booking about 3 weeks out. I’d love to make sure your pup gets the grooming they need when it’s most convenient for you!

I’m still offering mobile nail trims on a limited availability basis, so be sure to reach out early if you’d like to schedule one. As always, I provide one-on-one, fear-free grooming services and truly love meeting new dogs (especially giant breeds—hint, hint!).😉

Dear Clients,

I wanted to quickly address the recent post about last-minute cancellations. While I just began enforcing a cancellation policy to ensure smooth scheduling, given the recent snow/ice we’ve been experiencing, I will not be enforcing that policy for any cancellations related to weather conditions.

I completely understand that travel and safety come first during this time, and I want to be as flexible as possible. That said, if you feel absolutely confident about driving safely on the roads and would like to be added to a cancellation list for available spots, please let me know! I’ll do my best to accommodate you if any openings arise.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need to reschedule or make changes due to the weather. Your safety and the well-being of your pets are my top priority.

Appointment Policy: Timeliness & Drop-off/Pick-up Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Reign of Beauty for your pet’s grooming needs! As a solo groomer working from home, I kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone:

1. Drop-off Time:
• Arrive on Time, but No More Than 10 Minutes Early
Please aim to arrive at your scheduled drop-off time, or no more than 10 minutes early. Arriving too early can disrupt the grooming schedule and may result in a delay for your pet’s appointment.

2. Pick-up Time:
• No Early Pick-up
Please do not arrive before the agreed-upon pick-up time. As a solo groomer, I am focused on your pet’s grooming session and may not be able to step away to attend to early pick-ups.
If you arrive early, kindly wait in your vehicle or the front area until the scheduled pick-up time.

By respecting these times, you help ensure your pet gets the attention they deserve, and I can continue providing quality grooming services. I greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and aim to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure that I can continue providing quality grooming services, I have established the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations: I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your spot to other clients.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% charge of the total grooming fee.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, a 100% charge of the grooming fee will be applied.
• Repeat Cancellations: Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments may be asked to provide a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all of my clients.
