Follow up to the open gate.

Any guesses as to who put the horses in one gate and didn’t check that the other gate was closed?

My 4-H girls are THE bestest! They bring me laughs and joy.

Josh came for his weekly leadline ride and we snuck into the neighbor’s yard for a pic in front of her tree. The Lord doesn’t want me to covet my neighbor’s belongings then He produces this tree. Come on!

We wish all beginners were as attentive as Elsie. She’s focused on her horse and cueing Bebe early to get back on the rail. Our horses get dull quickly when riders aren’t consistent and allow the animals to drag them all over the arena.
Also, kudos to Kelsi for being present and giving Elsie clear instructions. And huge shout out to Bebe for tolerating our newbies!

These cuties had a great summer of growth with Kelsi. See you both next spring.
