As we jingle our way into the winter season, we want to wish everyone a warm and joyful holiday!

A few Winter Training Updates as the temperatures drop faster than your dog’s interest in going outside:
• Outdoor sessions will be limited due to the chilly weather—unless we’re blessed with one of those rare, magically mild winter days.
• Indoor sessions at your residence are still fully available (and your dog will definitely thank you for the heating).
• As we continue moving toward the grand opening of The Grand Pawler location, all Bewaker K9 training will soon transition to our storefront.

Exciting announcements are on the way—think of it like the present you really want but aren’t allowed to open yet. 🎁

Great news and an exciting update regarding our Puppy #11 — formerly known as Willow, now officially named Maya.

Maya is currently living and training with her designated K9 handler, with plans to attend formal K9 school in the summer of 2026. At this time, we are unable to publicly share the agency she will be serving with until all logistics are finalized. Rest assured, once everything is confirmed, I will proudly announce the details.

Our Mission at Bewaker K9 & How We Aim to Support This New K9 Team

As many of you know, local law enforcement agencies often rely heavily on community support to help offset the operational costs of establishing and maintaining a K9 unit. Bewaker K9 has proudly donated Maya at no cost to her future agency.

As the handler and agency work toward officially launching their K9 program, we are partnering with them to secure essential supporters and donors. We have already secured food and veterinary care (donors will be announced soon). Our next major goal is to locate an agency or dealership willing to donate or provide an affordably priced, fully outfitted K9 vehicle.

Additionally, we are seeking support to purchase a search-and-rescue GPS collar to enhance Maya’s operational capabilities.

In the coming months, we will be rolling out fundraising initiatives, K9 merchandise, and community events. For now, we are simply looking to build early commitments and support from those who want to be part of Maya and her handler’s journey.

Hello, loyal Bewaker K9 customers! It’s no secret that my dream has always been to expand Bewaker K9 beyond my wildest expectations. A few months ago, we were fortunate enough to seize this opportunity and partnered with Roy McDonald, a seasoned business owner with a lifetime of experience. Together, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of The Grand Pawler, a luxurious pet spa that will soon grace the Andover Twp. Sussex County, NJ area.

At The Grand Pawler, we’ll offer a range of exceptional services, including luxury pet grooming, personalized one-on-one dog training, and all the other services that Bewaker K9 has always been known for. This expansion is nothing short of fantastic news for Bewaker K9. While we’ll continue to be active on social media, as this venture was a part of my lifelong dream and a tribute to my beloved K9, Jada, all business will eventually transition to The Grand Pawler.

As the owner, manager, and head dog trainer at The Grand Pawler, I’ll be actively involved in its growth. However, as we expand, we’ll introduce even more top-notch services and a larger team to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.

Bewaker K9 is proud to support another combat veteran and public service employee by donating our Mal-X “Stryker” to Jose Soto. Jose, a United States Marine Corps combat veteran, has continued his life of service as an active firefighter.

Beyond his work as a firefighter, he is the owner and operator of a 7,700 sq. ft. fitness facility, where he has trained and prepared over 1,300 firefighter candidates to pass the NJ State Firefighter Physical Preparedness Test successfully.

Jose intends to formally train his new Malinois, who will remain by his side 24/7 as a loyal companion in the gym and beyond, becoming a true partner in both his professional and personal journey.

Welcome back to the tribe Puppy Trigger, he will be attending a 10 day bored and training session. He has been phenomenal with his family but we are going to fine tune everything as his family enjoys a much needed vaca, standby for daily updates. 🐊
