Important Policy Update — Effective Immediately 04/07/2026
Ok everyone we have been very busy! Which is a phenomenal thing but we have some housekeeping to do. Due to some recent training scenarios, incidents and unpaid invoices, we have updated our policy. This applies to everyone, even friends and family. The details are listed below and in full on our site. In short, all bookings and requests now must go through our site with full payment. Confirmation of the request will be done asap by a staff member, and we have added an aggressive dog clause. Please read before booking. Thank you.
Bewaker K9 is updating and reinforcing our booking, payment, and scheduling policies to better serve our clients while maintaining proper scheduling, staffing, and safety standards.
Please review the following important updates:
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm all sessions
• Requested dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by a staff member
• Sessions will not be performed unless payment is received no later than 48 hours prior
• All session requests must now be submitted directly through our website
• Updated cancellation, credit, and travel policies remain in effect
• Dogs with known aggression, reactivity, bite history, or behavioral concerns may be subject to a $25 Behavioral Handling & Safety Fee
