PLEASE! PLEASE!
We ask that if your not sure you can make it on time to an 8am appt. To schedule a later time.
We have had an over abundance of customers arriving late to their appt. Anytime a customers is late it really causes the day to run behind, but the 8 am definitely sets the day. It's not fair to the dogs the groomer or the other customers.
With that said we remind everyone that we have a strict late policy of 1.00 PER min. Late after your appt time. After 15 min. There could be a reschedule with a 30.00 reschedule fee. A no show no call is a 30.00 reschedule fee .
We appreciate your understanding and respect of our time, and your pets time.

Due to the snowy weather forecast, k9 Grooming will be closed Monday January 6. Weather permitting we will reopen Tuesday the 7th.
