The kids are back in school!!!

With that comes a few important reminders!

All pets will need to be picked up within a timely manner of your receiving a call.
All pets not picked up by 2:30pm will have an added daycare charge.
With school being back in I am not able to take more than 6 pets a day, so I suggest pre-booking your pets' appointments!

If you are needing to cancel your appointment, you will need to do so within 24 hours of your appointment to not be charged a $25 cancelation fee.

No call/No shows, don't be rude 🙃
If you decide to no call/no show you will be charged a $25 fee and all future appointments will require a deposit.
The deposit will go towards your pet's appointment.

(You might have also heard we are moving. If you didn't hear it from me, consider it a rumor. If I ever decide to move, I will let you know)

Clients, I am now a travel ball mom!
What does that mean?
Weekends I'll be hauling my ball player around so I will not be able to offer many random weekends!
If you need a weekend appointment feel free to reach and I can get you contact info for a few groomers who are able to work weekends!

On top of that school is starting back and I am cutting back on how many pets I do a day.
What does that mean?
If you are not on a reoccurring schedule I may not have availability to get your pet in.
