Hey everyone so I hate to do this but after the past few weeks of having clients not showing up for their appointments and not messaging me to let me know, I will now be requiring a non-refundable 50% deposit of your total at the time of booking for ALL NEW clients. I get life happens I do. Things happen for me where I have to reschedule people as well but please let me know so I can figure stuff out. If something comes up and you let me know I will gladly reschedule your pup to another day no problem at all but if you do not let me know you will lose your deposit and have to reschedule and pay another deposit. I will allow it once after that I will no longer accept you as a client. I'm sorry I hate to be this way and sound like a mean person but I have a schedule for a reason my grooming buisness isn't my only responsibility I have 3 kiddos at home with me that depend on me as well 2 of which I homeschool and 1 that's only 2yrs old. I can juggle mom life, teacher, and grooming but when you mess up my schedule it throws a wrench in my whole day. Again sorry for any inconveniences I'm not trying to be mean but I have to do something to try and prevent this from happening. If you have any questions please message me!
