Hey everyone!

It has been a busy few weeks of bathing, I wanted to hop on and share some cute faces and say that there is very limited bathing spots available in June and July if you’re looking to get on the schedule for a bath, please reach out and please be patient! I only work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday so it could take some time for me to get back to Messages.

I will be getting my calendar for 2027 next month so if anyone wants to start looking at appointments for 2027 I will have a form for you to fill out.

Hello Everyone!

Just wanted to put out a post outlining what Hilltop is currently offering

We are still boarding, indoor/ outdoor runs starting at $35 per night. We have a very small amount of rooms so we book up extremely fast. If you are thinking you might need to board we strongly urge you reach out far in advance to secure a room with us.

Cynthia is no longer grooming.
We are not taking any cats or dogs that require full body cuts we do have a list of other groomers. We can share if you need.

Lisa is offering bath, brushes, nails, that can involve light trimming such as feet or sanitary areas. Lisa is working alone so dogs must be cooperative. She has a few open bath spots in the month of April and May. If you are looking to get on the schedule you can reach out here or through our phone number 802-591-7311. Messages or text always get faster responses than phone calls just because things are so busy.

Happy fri-yay!!

I just wanted to put up a quick post saying two things very quickly. I want to thank everybody for the kind words and though there are still a lot of tears there’s also a lot of happiness as well and I’m very thankful for all of my Dog memories and I will always remember my time grooming with happiness.

With that being said I’ve been getting a lot of messages from my cat people! I am the only cat groomer in the area that was currently taking Cats in and I had help which made it a little easier. I’ve been in touch with the owner of Willow Farm in North Springfield and she has confirmed that her NEW groomer does in fact take cats in for grooming so I would say if you have a cat that needs any care definitely give them a call. Their number is 886-5000.

Happy Wednesday night all!

So I’m going to start this and try to keep it shortish, sweet and SIMPLE because it’s apparent from some of my return messages that I’m not being as clear as I should be.

First things first Lisa is bathing dogs! She is taking new clients and is working Sunday, Monday and Tuesday’s! NOTHING CHANGES IF YOU BRING YOUR DOG TO LISA!

Boarding is open and and booking! Holidays and weekends book up fast!!

I ( Cynthia) will no longer be grooming. After many years, starting in my home and moving to a rented space to then moving home it’s been a wild ride in the grooming world! It’s had so many ups and downs, I’ve cried every tear and had endless laughs and made so many friends along the way. My choices are just that, mine. This is not failure in my mind but a life change that I desperately need for so many reasons. I want to thank my tried and true clients that stuck by me through every move, change, family emergency and 12 years of raising children that needed me sometimes more than my job did. Your understanding, flexibility, love and support got me through the last 12 years and a FULL PACKED schedule year after year! Thanks to you all I could have groomed 50 dogs a day every day for the rest of my life and that’s something to brag about!! I built this business on the love of dogs and I will go out the same way, your pets deserve the best of me and right now that’s not something I can give. I wish nothing but the absolute best for everyone moving forward and will miss you all more than you will ever know. With that being said, if you have an appt this year on any Thursday,Friday or Saturday it is canceled.
