Thank you so much to Gesa Credit Union for helping out at SpokAnimal yesterday.

These three wonderful Gesa employees spent their Saturday volunteering with us by loading trucks with essential supplies for our distribution event at Shadle Park High School. No bed, crate or giant bag of food was too much for them.

We are so grateful to Gesa Credit Union and all the other local companies, fellow nonprofits and individuals who have jumped in to lend their support during this time of need, when almost every single one of us knows someone impacted by the fires.

These dogs came in separately and were NOT found together:

🐾 Dog #2: Female Shepherd mix
📍 Found near Alberta & Wellesley

• No microchip

A huge thank you to Texas Roadhouse for coming to SpokAnimal to feed our staff and volunteers today!

This past week, many of us have been working round the clock to help pets and people impacted by thefires, and we are so grateful to take a much-needed break to recharge and refill.

In addition, Texas Roadhouse is hosting a fundraiser on Tuesday August 18, with 10% of proceeds going to SpokAnimal's ongoing relief efforts.

Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness, Texas Roadhouse! Thank you for showing up when it matters.

She's got a loud, happy purr that kicks in the second you pet her, and she loves to "talk" back with the cutest little meows. Playful, curious, and super social, Cutie is the perfect mix of snuggly lap cat and fun little explorer.

BOTH QUEEENIE AND QUINTON HAVE BEEN ADOPTED SEPARETLY

Quinnie & Quinton didn’t do anything to deserve being left behind… 💔

These two tiny Blue Heeler/Dachshund mix siblings were sadly abandoned at our facility, and while we may never know why, we do know one thing—they are full of love and so ready for someone to finally choose them. 🐾

Despite everything, Quinnie and Quinton are incredibly sweet, gentle, and just want to be close to people. They’ve stuck by each other through it all, and now they’re hoping their next chapter is one filled with warmth, safety, and a forever family. 🏡✨

Both are:
✔️ Spayed/Neutered
✔️ Have their first vaccines
✔️ Microchipped
✔️ Dewormed

Their adoption also includes a FREE wellness exam through VCA and their first rabies vaccine FREE at 4 months old through SpokAnimal 💉

🧡 Meet Furious! 🧡

Furious is anything but his name! This sweet orange boy is full of personality and is always ready to play or cuddle. He is confident, happy, and has SO much kitten energy.

Furious has been around big dogs, little dogs, cats, kittens, and kids and does great with everyone. He really enjoys having a friend around and would love a home with another playful animal to keep up with him.

You may notice his squinty eye, but no worries! It’s from when he was a tiny kitten and shouldn’t need any treatment in the future. We also suspect Furious may be deaf. It definitely doesn’t stop him from being a happy, playful little guy!

He’s got all the classic orange cat personality, including a few quirks, and his purr motor is STRONG. He loves attention, loves to play, and has so much love to give.

If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, slightly goofy orange boy, Furious might be your guy! 🧡
