With over 30 years of experience in practice, we are new to the area, but not new to servicing your pet's needs. Jimbabwe Acres, PC is an Animal hospital in Michigan founded by veterinarian, Dr. Bader, opened its doors in November 2021 in South Haven, MI. We will be specializing in general veterinary medicine, with a wide variety of services including puppy and senior pet care, dental, veterinary

Merri, Karsten (our youngest son) and I were in Greece. I was aware there are many free roaming cats in Greece. Merri warned me if I worked while in Greece, IF I made it home there would be a divorce. But it didn't mean I couldn't meet new friends. I think my family felt I was like the dog, Doug, from the movie Up. Doug was distracted by squirrels; I was distracted by cats and dogs. Stopping to take photos and interact no matter where we were. That said, the free roaming cats and dogs were well cared for. Many were sterilized- ear tipped in cats, ear tags for dogs. There were feeding stations and shelters. The free roaming pets have a job. The cats keep the rodent population in check, and the dogs prevent wild boars from entering the archeological sites. Both jobs protect the integrity of the sites.
