How it's going → How it started ❤️

Monet has made incredible progress in foster care. His anemia has resolved, and while we're still fine-tuning a few medical details and treating some lingering digestive issues, he's feeling much better these days.

Most importantly, he's started playing with toys, seeking out attention, and enthusiastically head-butting his foster family.

When the paperwork isn't signed yet, but you already know you're home. ✨

Crumpet and Chai's foster had a pretty strong suspicion she was going to fall in love with them...and judging by the photos, the feeling is mutual! The official adoption will happen once they're old enough to be spayed/neutered, but we'd say things are looking promising!

Inspired by stories like theirs, we're excited to offer Foster-to-Adopt as a way for people to get to know a cat before making a lifelong commitment.

Our Foster-to-Adopt program can be a great fit if you'd like to:

🐾 Assess compatibility with other pets
🐾 Determine whether you can comfortably manage a cat's medical needs

He may have a few battle scars, but he's found his happy ending!

🚨 Urgent: Cindy Lou needs a home by 6/2 💔

Cindy Lou is looking for either an adopter or a foster home. Her current foster is moving, and we’d really love for Cindy Lou to land somewhere stable before then.

You may remember Cindy Lou was originally adopted from us as a hospice cat. In a development that surprised everyone, she turned out to have too much energy for that role. Despite still having cancer, Cindy Lou remains affectionate, spirited, and very committed to being involved in whatever’s happening around her.

She deserves a soft place to land—and ideally one she won’t have to leave again anytime soon.

**Adoptable in Massachusetts**

Nebraska is a 3-year-old boy who starts out a little shy, but has been slowly gaining confidence in foster care. He gets along very well with his foster’s cats and seems to take a lot of comfort from their company.

If you have a friendly resident cat willing to show him the ropes, Nebraska has all the makings of a cat who will really blossom in a home environment.
