15 years young, fabulous, and still full of life! 💃

Yes, I may be a golden girl, but don’t let that fool you—I love to play! Wand toys, jingly balls, anything that moves? I’m on it. And once I’ve had my fun, I’m all about the snuggles. If you’re sitting, you can bet I’ll be right there on your lap, soaking up the love. 💕

For now, I’m enjoying a little break from the shelter in a foster home, but what I really want now is a place to call my own. Where I can spend my retirement years in peace, love, and comfort. Will you help me find my home? 🏡

Tampa keeps her new family on their toes! Whether she’s zooming through the house or sneakily plotting her next playful ambush, life is never dull with her around.

Her favorite pastime? Running around with her feline siblings, Steve—another proud SFAHS alum—and Sunny, for double the mischief. When she’s not stirring up fun, she’s purring up a storm and soaking in all the love.

She’s brought so much joy, energy, and laughter into their lives—and they couldn’t be happier. Tampa is home, happy, and oh-so-loved. 🐱💛

As we close out Volunteer Appreciation Week, we want to give a very special thank you to Rogene, our 2024 Volunteer of the Year! 🐾

Rogene is our incredible volunteer groomer—and she’s a true miracle worker. From matted fur to messy coats, she’s seen it all. Her grooming magic makes a world of difference, helping shelter pets feel confident and comfortable again.

Thanks to Rogene, so many dogs and cats have had the fresh start they needed to find loving homes. 🐶✂️🐱 Whether it’s a full makeover or just a little TLC, she gives her time, her care, and her heart to every animal she meets.
