Max-a-Million 💙

There are a million reasons to love Max.

His giant smile.
His wiggly butt when he runs.
His glorious tuckered-out sploot.
The way he carries his favorite toy around like it's his greatest treasure.
The fact that he has absolutely no idea how big he is.

Max can be playful one minute and a couch potato the next. He's just as happy chasing a ball as he is snuggled up beside you with a toy in his paws.

Most of all, Max loves people with his whole heart. The kind of loyalty that never runs out.

Even after 145 days of waiting, Max still believes his person is out there.

And when they find him, they'll discover what we've known all along:

Max isn't just a good dog.

He's one in a million. 💙

PSA: I'm single and ready to mingle.

No pressure.

Seriously. None at all.

It's not like I'm checking my adoption status every five minutes or wondering why nobody has come to meet me yet.

That would be weird.

I'm Zoe. I'm confident, outgoing, and have been told I have a "big personality." I prefer to think of myself as memorable. I like adults, I do well with dogs who respect my authority, and I have absolutely no interest in competing with other cats for your attention.

I enjoy hanging out in high places, supervising household activities, and sharing my opinions when necessary.

Which is often.

The problem is that I'm currently out of the shelter, and while that's great, I think people have forgotten I exist.

Again, not that I'm keeping track.

But if you happened to be looking for a funny, spunky, slightly bossy best friend who is definitely not staring longingly out the window wondering when her person will show up...

I am available.

Very available.
