Happy Halloween, Fish Fans! 🐠💕🎃

We hate to break it to you, but these guys win for Best Costume every year. (Though does it count if they're the Halloween-365 type?)

Don't let these cool, spooky schooling fish get you down... They play well with others and would love to hear all about your Halloween plans. Stop in and see us and see all the great stuff we have in store.

No tricks here -- only treats! Open daily 10-5. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Here at Emmons, the "G" in "TGIF" stands for "guinea pig". More specifically for "adorable baby guinea pig".

And since it IS Friday, this particular adorable baby guinea pig wanted to say hello and wish you a great start to the weekend!

We have all sorts of cute critters and beautiful fish, so stop in and see them all. We're open daily 10-5. We look forward to seeing you soon, Fish Fans! 🐠💕

Happy Sunday, Fish Fans! 🐠💕

If you've been following the page for awhile, you know that these posts can get a little sentimental this time of year (in a good way!)

Fourteen years ago, I started working here at Emmons. Anywhere else, 14 years is a long time... but here, well, I'm still just the baby of the group. Steve learned the trade from his dad's side when he was just a kid. Dave is getting close to his second gold watch-iversary. Jeff has gone through three major life stages: teenager, pond manager, and Santa. Pam, Andrew, and Tony all have 20+ years under their belt as well.

Emmons has been a staple in Simsbury for over 55 years. It's not just a store. It's a place where kids and adults alike can experience the joy of the aquarist hobby. It's a place where people can pick the brains of fish experts. And it's a place where your family becomes part of ours.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
