We’re open Tuesday from 10-4 BUT as long as the weather cooperates, we’ll also be at the Earth Day Expo and Faire at Marketplace at 2500! Happening from 11-5!
We’ll have some really cute Mother’s Day gift ideas including some adorable little handmade plant stakes and some really cute repurposed wood blocks! 
We’ll also have handmade catnip kitty kick sticks and catnip toys and a fun “Save the Bees” raffle basket!
Also some great vendors, including North Street Treats with some delicious goodies!

If you still have any doubt in your mind as to whether or not your support matters, Itty Bitty can tell you that it absolutely does and she is alive right now because of it!

We got a call Tuesday afternoon from her owner, desperate for assistance since Itty Bitty’s condition had been deteriorating for quite some time after a heat cycle.
We quickly coordinated with Oak Knoll Animal Hospital to see her Wednesday and after confirming she had pyometra (a potentially fatal infection of the uterus), they immediately performed surgery to remove the uterus to save her life! (Her uterus weighed over 16 pounds! See pic below.)
She went back in for additional fluids today and is on her way to recovery!

These are the calls for help we get EVERY SINGLE DAY and it’s impossible to keep up with the demand but we try!

(Please remember this as an example of why it is so important to spay your pets! This can happen to cats AND dogs, ANY age, ANY breed!)

First — Made Market QC: a handmade + vintage market is happening just down the street from us Friday and Saturday! Go and support all the LOCAL makers and vendors! 🍋

Second — Saturday is the 20th Annual Cabin Fever Putt Putt Pub Crawl in downtown Moline! Register at any of the participating bars up until the day of the event! Proceeds from this event benefit us plus you’ll be supporting lots of other local businesses! ⛳️
