We are having an epidemic of no-shows! Three clients with five dogs between them no-showed us today. Four of them were booked for Jodie, and one was booked for me. There have been several more in the last couple of weeks. This post is to remind folks to check their calendars and let us know if you won’t make it. Our system reminds everyone three days and one day before their appointments. We understand if things happen, but this lost time is a significant hit to our incomes. Please give us a chance to fill these appointments if you don’t want them! Thank you.

Hi Suds Family! Just a reminder that drop off time is the appointment time. If you need to drop off more than a few minutes early please message us to make sure the coast is clear. I run a pretty tight schedule but my on time rate is better than the airlines! I’m usually happy to accommodate if I can but not while I’m checking the previous client out or if I need a run across the parking lot ;) Thanks 😊

Dear Suds Family,

Each year when my lease goes up, I assess whether I need to increase prices or not. Due to increases in all areas of business costs over the last year, I will be raising prices $3-8 per full service bath/brush or haircut. Nail trims will stay the same. This takes effect July 1st. Thank you for understanding.

Dear Suds Family, Due to changes at home I need to bring my dogs with me to work. They have a little room in the back they stay in. In between appointments I walk them. If you ever arrive early and the door is locked I may be running them around the block and will be back shortly. I try to be back by five minutes prior to the scheduled time. Thank you! 😊
