Wags to Riches Pet Salon Wags to Riches is a local pet salon and retailer here to offer your dog one on one - fear free, attention.

Your dogs grooms will be completed in a friendly, quiet, relaxed environment to ensure utmost satisfaction of the client and owner. Every appointment will begin with a consultation to ensure satisfaction with your pets groom. This will consist of discussing cut type, medical history, skin/coat conditions, and any other questions or concerns prior to the appointment. This facility is based on fear

free and positive reinforcement, we will do our very best to go slow and make each client comfortable throughout their appointment. If at any point we see your dog is stressing too much or having temperament issues we will call you and talk about our next steps in completing your service, we will NOT force any client to finish a service they are not willing to have and we hope owners will comply with this policy. Customers who no-show or cancel less than 24 hours in advance (with some exceptions,) will be sent a bill for their missed appointment. If this bill is not paid within 30 days, it will be submitted to a collection agency. If Wags to Riches Pet Salon must retain a collection agency or law firm to collect past due balances owed to Wags to Riches Pet Salon, clients will also be responsible for additional collection agency fees, court costs, attorney fees or incidental costs associated with collecting.

‼️🐾‼️Pet Parents‼️🐾‼️

Dear Valued Clients,

I am writing to you today with an important and difficult update regarding grooming. For the first time in 6 years of grooming I was bit by a regular client causing severe damage to my dominant hand. This is going to be very difficult for me as I use my hands to make a living taking care of your wonderful fur babies. Please be patient and kind with us while we try and navigate through this. Merissa and Reagan will be here assisting to the best of their abilities to make sure we still get every dog groomed and out the door looking dapper. Although I can not do much the girls are on their A-Game and I will be ‘supervising’ every step of the way!!

I ask that everyone be upfront and honest about ANY changes regarding your dogs health or temperament. That is why we ask all the questions we do when you sign our waiver. It’s not just for dog safety but staff safety as well. Also, if your dog is typically medicated for appointments please communicate with me if you are longer medicating or changing doses of medications as that can affect your dog during their visit ! 🤗🐾
