Hi everyone! It’s been a long 4 months since our beloved DK passed away due to complications laying her first eggs. We are still heart broken and we think about her every day, but we have some exciting news to share! We have a new baby B&G Macaw to share with you all! His name is Captain and he is an absolute sweetheart! For those of you who have not heard our hearts are broken, Our beloved DK passed away very suddenly yesterday evening October 23 at around 8 PM. She was perfectly fine all day no signs of distress at all but suddenly started making a funny noise and passed within a minute. I didn't even have time to contact the vet. Thank you all for being a part of her life. She had a full and happy life and we will cherish all the pictures we have of her and she will live on in our hearts and memories.
