UPDATE!!

Exciting news! Starting Monday, September 29th, we’ll be welcoming you into our brand-new space! 🎉 It's been a long time coming and we're thrilled!

Please park in the lot south of the building (where the solar panels are located). You'll enter through the stairs and be greeted by our bright and friendly new space!

If you or your dog need the ramp, no worries! Just park in one of the two handicapped spots on the west side of the new building and take the ramp from there.

We’re still waiting on signs to help guide the way, but they’ll be up soon! In the meantime, expect a little dust and some moving-around as we get everything just right in our new space. Thanks for your patience as we make the transition – it’s going to be fabulous! ✨

We have the Certificate of Occupancy! We're moving in!! Please bear with us as things will be a bit messy over the next few days. The parking area and office are the same for now, we'll post here when that changes (which will be soon!).

Soon we will be celebrating Día de los Mu***os at Mis Amigos. October 27th is the day pets visit. Please comment, message, email, or bring in a photo of your pet that has passed so we may honor them🖤 Make sure to stop by on the 27th to see all the pet photos on our ofrenda!

We’re this close to moving into the new building—we can practically smell the fresh paint! That said, we’re still resisting the urge to make a firm prediction (but hopefully this month!). Once we settle into the new space, the old building will be torn down to make way for our brand-new yards. We’re expecting those to be fully finished by December or January. It’s a bit of a wait but trust us—it’ll be worth it.

In the meantime, progress is humming along:

*The new leach field is up and running beautifully.
*Our new signs are on the way.
*And we’re having way too much fun picking out goodies for the reception and retail area.

Training updates: Group classes are on pause for now, but once we’re in the new building, we’ll be rolling them out in our amazing new training space. Until then, Puppy Start Right Preschool is still going strong, and private lessons are available as usual.

Good Morning. Due to staff being sick. We will close daycare for the rest of the week. Daycare will resume normal business hours next week. If you have any questions please call. Thank you

Just a quick heads-up about daycare! We’ve got two small outdoor yards with some shade, but space is pretty limited. That means making a reservation is critical if you want to guarantee a spot for your pup. If you show up without one and still need daycare, your dog might spend most of the day in a kennel—and there’ll be a drop-in fee too. Don’t worry though, pups in kennels still get some one-on-one time with our staff and fun puzzle toys to keep them busy.

This lovely fellow needs a safe place to land while his human travels to Russia for a family emergency for up to 3 months beginning at start of September. His human is offering an honorarium for his care. One of our trainers has met and worked with this dog and he's really a nice fellow. He can be exuberant in his joy of life, but his human has been working hard on his manners and skills. (The flights to/from Russia are very long and she doesn't wish to make him go through that.)

Another minor setback with the leach field slowed us down in putting fencing back up for a couple of yards. The good news is that these are for two yards we didn't know we'd get to have!

Bear with us for another week. We hope to reopen for daycare Monday August 4th.
