Nourish is back to school this week - we are so excited to see our friends again!

Julie and Marie made eight batches of pear cardamom muffins - our harvest of the month snack for September. Thank you ladies for all your hard work!

While the harvest of the month plays a pivotal role in Farm2School programs, Good Food Club is more than just snack time! This month, students are learning about food safety and hygiene, including how to properly wash their hands AND their fruits and veggies.

It's another market day at Plymouth Farmers' and Artisan Market!
Before you pop over to the fair or wind down for the night, stop by to see what our farmers and artisans have to offer!!
Below is this week's lineup:
We'll have a wide variety of offerings as per usual, with some new additional products, including: zestar apples from Log Cabin Orchard, green and red cabbage (hot commodity last couple of weeks), sugar cube cantaloupes, yellow and red watermelons, eggs (while supplies last! These go quick) from Pond Dell and Ledgecrest Family Farm, more peaches from Our Little Farm, maple syrup & chex mix (stop for a sample-delish!), baked goods and books, coffee, flowers, honey & honeycomb, sustainably-raised meats, and so much more!
Joining us for the third time will be Partners for Community Development, Inc.! Along with their cool swag, they're great folks to chat with and learn what organizations like theirs do for our surrounding communities.
We so appreciate all the dedication that goes in to showing up for these markets each week!! Stop by the Nourish Farms tent to answer any questions and learn how you can get more involved with local agriculture practices.
See ya soon! 🤩✌️

When you choose Nourish for your wedding, shower, or celebration, you’re also giving back. Every rental directly supports our Good Food Education programs for Sheboygan County youth and families.

Celebrate in a place that makes an impact. Explore our space and offerings here: https://nourishfarms.org/wedding-rental

A few weeks ago, we welcomed volunteers from KOHLER Company’s Intern Day of Caring. Attendees learned about Nourish’s programming and community impact, then dug their hands right into our programming in the kitchen and gardens. Thank you to all who volunteered and Kohler for including us in this initiative.
