e takes its passengers through dense woods that is full of brilliant colored leaves. As you are riding through the bumpy woods, you will hear the clip clopping of the horse’s hooves and the crunching of fallen leaves. Soon after leaving the woods, passengers are taken to a gigantic field full of vibrant orange pumpkins. At this point passengers are encouraged to venture off to pick a pumpkin. Some pumpkins are gigantic, while others can fit in the palm of your hand. When the ride reaches the field you can also choose to return to the farm to pick an already harvested pumpkin off of the wagons in the barn or to do another activity. Another activity that many families enjoy is visiting the huge petting zoo The petting zoo has hungry goats that nibble corn right out of your hands, squeamish piglets that squeal when they are startled, fluffy rabbits that nuzzle, proud turkeys that gobble vociferously to show strength and many other unusual animals. The children also have the opportunity to have an up close experience with ponies. A third experience that most children find to be the highlight of the farm is taking a pony ride. The well-groomed ponies are very gentle and are used to having many giggling, squealing kids around them.
