We're excited to introduce the team helping make affordable spay/neuter services for dogs possible in Guadalupe County. 💚

This is why we do what we do.

This sweet mama didn’t make it—but her story matters. It’s a heartbreaking reminder of how important spay/neuter truly is, especially for breeds like Frenchies who can’t safely give birth without intervention.

We see the hard side of this work. The losses. The preventable tragedies.
And it’s exactly why we keep showing up.

Please—spay and neuter your pets. It saves lives. 🐾❤️

Thank you to our shelter partner Seguin Animal Services for trying to get her the care she deserved.

🚨Update: It is with heavy hearts to state that this pup did not make it. This pup came to us Friday and we noticed that she was possibly in labor. She was taken to a vet clinic immediately to confirm and get surgery performed right away. Unfortunately, momma had been in labor for what looked to be several days. Due to this, issues had settled in and momma couldn't continue any longer and passed. We want to make everyone aware that Frenchies like this can't have puppies without human intervention. Please, get your pup spayed/neutered to prevent situations like this from arising.

It's that time of year again where we will be providing free microchipping for the month of June! If you're interested, stop by the shelter and take advantage of this offer. No appointment is needed and this is for everyone who wants to get the dogs and cats microchipped.

We are incredibly honored to share that Tyson Foods has awarded Seguin Snips Squad a $10,000 grant to support our mission of providing affordable spay/neuter services in Guadalupe County! ❤️🐾

This funding will directly help us continue reducing pet overpopulation, supporting local families, and making preventative veterinary care more accessible for dogs in our community.
