Please please make sure your pets are vaccinated against Rabies. This deadly virus in present in our area. Even if your pet rarely goes outside, it is very important to protect them against Rabies. Please call our office to schedule a Rabies vaccine for your pet or to check if your pet's vaccine is "up to date."

Looks like today will be the first super-hot day of the year! Please remember to be especially careful with our furry best friends when they have to go outside. Please limit exposure to heat and humidity, especially if your pet is older, overweight, brachycephalic (our smush-faced friends like pugs, bulldogs, etc.), or has any health issues (especially heart disease). Also remember that hard surfaces like blacktop, concrete, etc. will tend to get hot enough to damage their paws. Keep plenty of fresh water available and call us immediately if your pet is in any distress! Stay cool everybody!
