501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill shelter in Arizona Annually, Safe Haven is able to find homes for an average of 100 animals.

Today, Safe Haven for Animals operates a cage-less, no-kill shelter located in Scottsdale, Arizona, providing care for approximately 50 cats at any given time, with the population increasing significantly during kitten season. Our primary objective is to place every companion animal in a loving, safe home. The animals received at Safe Haven's shelter which are not adopted will always have food, shelter, veterinary care, love and a safe place to live out their lives.

🚨Adoption Alert 🚨
The last of Indie’s kittens have been adopted! Cheddar and their siblings were found on the ASU campus. A kind hearted professor fostered the bunch of kittens, until they were adopted out. Once again, thank you to all of our fosters. We couldn’t save as many cats without your help.

Now Cheddar is settling into their home nicely. Their new mom and dad adore the little guy. Cheddar is making friends with his new fur sibling. And actively taking over the entire house, but who could say no to Cheddar’s face. Wish Cheddar endless happiness as they have found their forever home. 🩵

🚨Adoption Alert 🚨
Buddy has been adopted! Buddy was found on a golf course on evening. Letting everyone know he was there, with all his meowing. Thankfully a kind hearted soul found Buddy and brought him to our shelter.

Now our bold, loud, and affectionate Buddy has found a home. He now has the freedom to explore his new house, giving commentary the whole time. Wish Buddy endless happiness as he has found his forever home. 🩵

🚨Adoption Alert 🚨
The rest of the kittens found on ASU’s campus have been adopted. Stormy and Felix are Indies babies and Gracie Belle siblings. They were fostered by a kind hearted ASU professor, until they were adopted.

Stormy and Felix were adopted together. They are enjoying their new home. With their new doggy friend, Jax. Unfortunately, Jax unexpectedly passed away. Stormy and Felix are missing him, as well as Jax’s owner. They’re all grieving Jax, but they’re grieving him together. Wish Stormy and Felix endless happiness as they have found their forever home. 🩵
