Safe Haven for Animals 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill shelter in Arizona Annually, Safe Haven is able to find homes for an average of 100 animals.

Today, Safe Haven for Animals operates a cage-less, no-kill shelter located in Scottsdale, Arizona, providing care for approximately 50 cats at any given time, with the population increasing significantly during kitten season. Our primary objective is to place every companion animal in a loving, safe home. The animals received at Safe Haven's shelter which are not adopted will always have food, shelter, veterinary care, love and a safe place to live out their lives.

A huge thank you to Daisy and her amazing friend for organizing a lemonade stand to raise money for us! Not only did they put in the work to make it happen, but Daisy also chose to focus her school project on animal welfare and poverty, such a meaningful and thoughtful cause.

Daisy has also completed her Honor Program volunteer hours with us and we couldn’t be more proud of her dedication and heart for helping others.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Nadia 💔🐾

Nadia was one of our longest-resident and most independent kitties at Safe Haven. Estimated to be around 15 years old, she spent most of her life with us. While Nadia never fully trusted humans and remained proudly “untouchable,” she lived a wonderful life surrounded by her feline friends and the comfort of a safe home. 🖤

Recently, it brought us so much joy to see Nadia playing with toys and enjoying the company of her kitty friend Star 🌟🐱

Nadia will be deeply missed by all of us, as well as by the many kitties who shared their lives with her. Play free, sweet girl 🌈✨
