One thing I’ve learned teaching these girls is just how far encouragement really goes ❤️

A little belief, a little patience, and someone cheering for you louder than your fears can change everything. Confidence isn’t built from being perfect, it’s built from having people beside you reminding you that you CAN do hard things even on the messy days. Watching them find confidence in themselves is one of the coolest parts of what I get to do.

I will forever be proud to stand beside the group of girls I have and be their loudest cheerleader 🤍
I want them to never have to wonder if someone is clapping for them… because I always will be.

For the wins, the setbacks, the tears, the breakthroughs, the “almosts,” and the moments they don’t even realize how proud they should be of themselves yet; I’ll be there cheering just as loud ❤️🤙🏽
