🐰🌷 Happy Easter! 🌷🐣

Let’s celebrate with some egg-citing (and educational!) facts about our fluffy friends—the rabbit! 🐇

🌿 They’re not rodents!

Rabbits actually belong to a group called lagomorphs—which means they’re more closely related to hares than mice or rats!

🥕 Those teeth never stop growing!

A rabbit’s teeth grow continuously, which is why hay is so important to keep them worn down and healthy.

👀 Eyes on the sides = super vision!

Rabbits can see almost 360° around them—great for spotting predators, but they do have a small blind spot right in front of their nose!

💩 Fun (but important!) fact:

Rabbits produce a special type of droppings called cecotropes that they re-eat to get essential nutrients—totally normal and necessary for their health!

🐾 Not low-maintenance pets!

Rabbits need proper diets, space to hop, and regular veterinary care to thrive—just like dogs and cats!

Whether you’re celebrating with candy, egg hunts, or cuddles, don’t forget to keep pets safe and treats out of reach 💛

🌷🐾 Warmer weather is on the way! 🐾🌷

As temperatures rise, so does the activity of fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes—putting your pets at risk for uncomfortable and potentially serious diseases. Now is the perfect time to schedule your pet’s wellness exam and make sure they’re protected all season long!

🐶🐱 Why it matters:
• Flea & Tick Prevention: Helps protect against skin irritation, allergies, and diseases like Lyme disease
• Heartworm Prevention: Transmitted by mosquitoes, heartworm disease can be life-threatening but is easily preventable
• Wellness Exams: Allow us to catch health concerns early and keep your pet feeling their best
