Okay guys, I try to work with absolutely everyone and will always make exceptions when needed. However, my time is just as important as anyone else’s and if you have a scheduled drop off or pickup time and fail to be here ON TIME, especially with no call or text in advance, you are going to be charged an inconvenience/late fee! This will start immediately and applies to both boarding and grooming appointments.
***This does not mean show up 30 minutes early either, a FEW minutes early is always ok but don’t be unreasonable***

I want to start by thanking each and every one of my groom clients! I truly appreciate you and the fact that you allow Denise and I to groom and care for your fur babies!
However, please note that our grooming schedule/client list is full and if you choose to acquire a new dog that needs to be groomed I cannot fit them into the schedule. They do not “grandfather” into my books because I groom your current pet. I apologize if this causes an inconvenience for anyone but, again, our schedule is beyond full.

Due to the extreme rise in cost of my sanitation supplies as well as grooming supplies over the last year, I will be slightly altering prices here at the kennel starting the first of the year. Not all grooms will be changing so if you have questions please reach out and ask me about your dog. Boarding price changes are very minimal. Thank you for your continued support and I look forward to seeing everyone in the new year.

Just throwing this out there to all of my current and previous clients, whether for boarding or grooming. If you have an issue with your dog’s supposed care or lack of while they are or were with me, please, out of respect from one human to another, contact me and let’s talk about and address the situation. I treat these babies like they are my own and for someone to assume they weren’t properly medicated or groomed etc, I want to know these things! How can something be corrected if so needed if you don’t let me know your concerns at the time of the supposed incident?!
I know dealing with dog owners you are never ever going to please them all, and that’s ok. I have worked in this line of work for almost two decades now and have seen it all, believe me! At least just show some respect for me as a small business owner and as a person and let me know. Give me the opportunity to make it right or at least apologize for how I’ve made someone feel.
That’s all I am asking 🤷‍♀️

The kennel is closed while I take a much needed break to relax and unwind. I want to thank all of my amazing clients for an absolutely outstanding year so far and I look forward to seeing you all when I return. I will reopen on October 21st at 8:00am.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to maintain a regular groom schedule for your babies to keep them from matting! This sweet baby came to see us in desperate need of being cleaned up and now we will keep her on a regular schedule and looking beautiful 😍
