Meet Sweet Sangria - the perfect blend of love!

Looking for a dog who’s smooth, sweet, and guaranteed to lift your spirits? Sangria is ready to be poured into her forever home! 🐾💖

This 2-year-old, 34-lb Carolina Dog mix came to us from one of our amazing partner shelters, and she’s aged to paw-fection. A former mama, Sangria is now ready to be the one getting spoiled. She’s super sweet, affectionate, and full of gentle charm.

🍓 Why Sangria is a great mix:

-Friendly and enjoys playful interactions with other friendly dogs after a thoughtful introduction
-Could do well in a home with another dog after a meet & greet at the shelter
-Just the right size for cuddles and adventures alike

🍊 The fine print:

-No known history living with cats or children
-As with any good blend, slow introductions help her shine

Foster Friday Spotlight: Anderson & Gloria!

✨ Because the more, the merrier—and what a wonderfully merry holiday it would be with two new furry friends in your home! ✨

Meet Anderson (~1 y.o.) and Gloria (~2 y.o), our sweet bonded mother–son duo who are ready to find a cozy, patient, and loving forever family. These two gentle souls have been blossoming beautifully in foster care, and their foster family has nothing but great things to say about them!

Here’s how they’re doing:
🐾 They’re still a bit shy and love the safety of their cozy hideaway under the couch, but they’re slowly building confidence every day.
🐾 Anderson will venture out to lounge nearby, taking in the room and relaxing with his people.
🐾 Gloria happily pops out for some pets and affection before returning to her safe spot—she’s a sweet girl who clearly wants connection.
🐾 They’re eating well and settling into their routine like little champs.
🐾 Over the last few weeks, they’ve even started playing more—a huge step forward from their initial “no thanks” attitude toward toys!

Their fosters say everything is going really well, and they’ll keep helping this adorable duo grow braver and more social each day. With patience, kindness, and a gentle home, Anderson and Gloria are sure to continue blossoming.

Say hello to Linguini, our sweet and spunky 1-year-old chiweenie looking for her forever family! This adorable girl weighs 12.2 lbs, is spayed, and is fully up-to-date on all vaccinations—she’s ready to go home!

Linguini is playful, silly, and absolutely obsessed with her squeaky toys. She’s a confident little walker and especially enjoys making friends with dogs around her own size. If you are interested in meeting her & have a resident dog at home, we’d love for them to meet Linguini to make sure it’s a perfect match.

What an incredible week for our shelter family — seventeen wonderful animals found their forever homes! 🏡❤️

Each adoption is a story of hope, second chances, and the joy of meeting the perfect match. Seeing these sweet pets head off to loving families reminds us why we do what we do every single day.

Here’s the full list of the wonderful pets who found their families last week:
🐶: Misty (!!), Goldie, Mochi, Tac, Rey, Yoda, Chewy, Max, and Bailey.

🎉 Happy Tails Update — Round 2! 🎉

Our second feel-good feature of the day stars the one and only sweet Shilo (now known as Sonny).

💛 Update from Sonny’s Family:
“Sonny is the sweetest boy ever! He loves going on walks and running in the grass. His favorite things to do are play with his plushie toys and chase his kitty sister around. He is also very friendly and affectionate to all people!! I feel so lucky to have him in my life 😇”

Basically, Sonny is living his best main-character life — sprinting through grass fields, adoring every human he meets, and gently terrorizing his kitty sister (with love, of course).

We’re so happy for you, Sonny! Keep being the fluffy ray of sunshine you are. ☀️🐾
