We are now offering low income dog spay and neuter assistance. Applications are open starting Monday April 28th and must be turned in to the Elliott County Fiscal Court (county garage) by May 28th.

A link is attatched below or you can pick up an application at the county garage service window.

Anyone know who this dog belongs to?

A lady stopped and picked it up, down around Newfoundland Boat Ramp on Monday.

Must have proof of ownership to reclaim (rabies certificate, vaccination records, veterinary records, etc. )

UPDATE: 3/12 OWNERS FOUND

Anyone know who these two dogs belong to???
They were picked up by the ACO yesterday. A lady found them wondering around the cemetery over a week ago and started feeding them. Both were staying around one area of the cemetery near empty buildings.
Contact the ACO with verification of ownership to reclaim. Stray hold ends 3/14.
