Brookshire Farms is a locally owned and operated pumpkin patch focused on providing a place for family fun during the harvest/Fall season. Not only do we have the largest corn maze on the Central Coast, our farm also features many great activities including: hay rides, apple cannon, peddle cart races, and much much more! When the Fall festivities have ended, the work for Brookshire Farms continues

as we prepare to bring Christmas Trees from our farm in Oregon to provide to the wonderful families of our community from our 3 retail locations: San Luis Obispo/Los Osos, Atascadero, and Paso Robles.

We have multiple positions available — come be part of the farm fun! 🎃

📋 Application Process:

3️⃣ Bring your filled-out application to the farm any time between 11 AM – 4 PM daily

Our crunchy farm-fresh pickling cucumbers are perfect for first-timers and pickle pros alike! Cute, crisp, and grown with just love + water (no sprays, no pesticides) — they’re just waiting to jump into a jar. ✨

Here’s a super simple recipe to get you started:

Quick & Easy Refrigerator Pickles 🫙

4–5 Brookshire Farms pickling cucumbers, sliced

1 cup water

1 cup vinegar (white or apple cider)

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp sugar

3 cloves garlic, smashed

Fresh dill sprigs 🌿

👉 Mix water, vinegar, salt, and sugar until dissolved.
👉 Pack cucumbers, garlic, and dill into a clean jar.
👉 Pour brine over, cover, and refrigerate.

In just 24 hours you’ll have crunchy, tangy pickles ready to snack on!
