We have had a great but busy few months here at Sage Ridge! As summer comes to a close, we’re finally catching up on our posts!

To start the summer, we took a last-minute trip down to Santa Barbara:

Treating horses as individuals with proper nutrition for their body types and energy requirements along with a good grooming program and balanced riding creates a shiny horse! A fun and successful week ! Such a pleasant and relaxed environment for the horses and riders to enjoy so close to home! Goals were accomplished and everyone had fun! The horses enjoyed grass turnout the same day they shipped to the show and the day they got home!

🌟Start the new year off with a Barn favorite!🌟
Cedric's current lease just ended and he's looking for his next partner! Cedric is one of a kind and will be the perfect guy to help you learn how to have fun and be competitive in the jumper ring up to 1.10m. Cedric is know for building confidence in his riders and teaching them as they navigate bigger jumps and learn to jump more technical courses.
As a previous NAYRC young rider horse he has made many kids dreams come true.
Cedric is so special to us that he is offered as an in barn lease only. Come join the team at our beautiful facility, located 3.7 miles from Cal Poly SLO, equipped with amenities that allow our horses and riders to keep going all winter.
From winning the classics to ba****ck jumping and trail rides, Cedric is happy to do it all !

The most amazing weekend! I have always always known Susie as one of the best riders and horseman of all times and have spent years studying her riding and horsemanship, but getting to know her as a human and a teacher this weekend was the best! This was absolutely the best clinic! Watching Susie bring out the best in the riders by challenging them enough, with clever exercises, while keeping them mentally confident was great. Equally as impressive was watching her get the most out of the horses, at all levels, while reading them as individuals and meeting each of their needs. Just Wow! Thank you Susie and we can't wait to have you back! Thank you for your support. We truly appreciate you and loved to see the Central Coast Equestrian community come together this weekend
