“Today, I brought Rufus in for his ear exam, and I wanted to share how wonderful our experience was. This was Rufus’s first appointment at SJAH, and since he can be slightly reactive when meeting new people, the team went above and beyond to ensure he felt safe and comfortable.

Dr. Stone was incredibly patient, thorough, and efficient during the exam, taking the time to explain everything I needed to know about Rufus’s treatment plan. The technicians were so sweet and gentle with him, and Renika’s thoughtful touch of providing a lick mat made the experience so much more positive for Rufus.
