PAWS, a program of Shanti Project, believes that the healing impact of the human-animal bond is one of the best supports available. Especially for those who are chronically ill, frail, and isolated by disease or age, a companion animal can be central to their health and well-being. Through your support, PAWS is able to provide needed companion animal services so more than 600 San Franciscans each year can continue to benefit from the healing power and unconditional love of their beloved pets.
