This is one of the things that doesn't get talked about enough. Pain and anxiety in dogs share so many of the same signs that it's genuinely easy to miss what's actually going on, even for the most attentive owners.
If your dog has been labeled anxious or reactive and nothing seems to be helping, it might be worth looking at what their body is carrying.
