Helotes Humane Society is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization incorporated in March of 2008. We are dedicated to "Finding a Home for Every One"

Our Adoption Program:
Helotes Humane Society operates a foster-based rescue and adoption program, so all of our animals for adoption are kept in approved foster homes, allowing our rescued pets a safe haven and home environment to learn and grow in while they await their forever home, providing both the animal and adopter a head start on the adjustment process. This also allows our adoption team to provide insight about each animal's personality, temperament, training, and more. Our Community Programs:
To learn more about the community programs we offer, as well as current grant-funded programs we are running, visit www.hhsanimals.org. Our Thrift Shop:
Second Chances Thrift Shop directly supports the Helotes Humane Society! Visit the shop's page for more info at www.facebook.com/Thrift4Animals.
