Hi, it's Rory and I have a few openings available over the next month! If you'd like to claim one, please send a message to the salon page. Messenger is the fastest way to reach me and reserve a spot.

🐾 June 10 • 1:00 PM: 2-hour appointment - Ideal for a small groom or a large bath/deshed service.

🐾 July 1 • 3:00 PM: 3-hour appointment - Can accommodate up to a large groom or a large deshed appointment.

🐾 July 8 • 2:00 PM: 2-hour appointment • 4:00 PM: 2-hour appointment - These can be booked separately or together for a two-dog household.

🐾 July 15 • 1:00 PM: 3.5-hour appointment - Perfect for larger breeds, detailed grooming, or dogs needing a little extra time and attention.

Hi everyone! This is Rory, one of the groomers at Above & Beyond Pet Spa 💛

I wanted to make a quick post because I know there’s been some confusion after the last announcement 😅 I am still grooming at the salon! Beginning next week, I’ll officially be transitioning into independently managing my own appointments and services while continuing to work out of the salon space.

What this means:
🐾 I’ll still be seeing many of my existing clients
🐾 Scheduling with me will now be done through messaging the salon page directly
🐾 My regular availability will primarily be Wednesday afternoons/evenings
🐾 Occasional additional availability may be announced separately
🐾 Grooming will continue to focus on individualized, low-stress handling and care

I also want to clarify how pricing will work moving forward:

📌 Existing appointments already scheduled with me will continue under the salon’s current pricing structure.

📌 New appointments scheduled moving forward will follow my independent pricing structure, which is based more directly on the individual time, labor, coat condition, behavior, and grooming needs involved in each appointment rather than flat breed/coat tier pricing.

Routine maintenance appointments will generally remain more straightforward than extensive deshedding work, full reset grooms, coat-sparing dematting requests, or complex hand-scissoring appointments.

I’m happy to provide estimates at booking upon request, though final pricing may still vary depending on coat condition, behavior, and labor requirements fully assessed during grooming.

I will be able to accept most forms of payment with a card reader. I may not always have change available for cash transactions. I additionally use PayPal and Cashapp.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has trusted me with their pets so far!

I would like to fill everyone in on a new update, The start of June Rory that works evenings is now renting her space. With that being said Rory is not my employee any longer if you book a evening appointment you are now her client. All form of payment she will accept.
