Bella's Enduring Hope Cat Sanctuary

Because every cat deserves a loving home. It was in October 2022, that the program expanded to a community cat project.

Since 2021, the founder has been taking in stray cats/kittens; vetting them and finding loving homes for as many as possible. Since that time 46 strays have been trapped/neutered/returned (TNR), all within a close radius of our facility. Kittens (54 so far) stemming from un-neutered adults in the community have been taken in, dewormed, vaccinated, each FIV/feline leukemia tested, spayed/neutered,

nursed back to health when necessary and socialized in the hopes of being adopted. Unfortunately, not all of the kittens taken in are adopted, giving rise to what is now Bella’s Enduring Hope Cat Sanctuary. These cats now have a cage-free home to live and play until that special family comes along to adopt them into their furever home. The program is hoping to expand to other communities in the future; but we have limited resources and must sadly focus on those currently in our care, prior to taking in others. As a nonprofit, the sanctuary runs exclusively on donations to cover all expenses from cat litter to vet care.

For some time now, our wonderful bottle-feeding foster has been losing sleep over these three sweethearts! When momma cat abandoned this litter, she stepped in to save the day (and the litter)!
Keep watching for updates as they continue to grow, and someday, be available for adoption!🥰

How can you resist that look?? Sable wants nothing but attention and snuggles from her human. This poor girl found herself abandoned up Pine Creek and is dewormed, spayed, FIV/feline leukemia negative and up-to-date on vaccines. At an estimated 5-years of age, she is very affectionate, and purrs at the mere sight of her fosters!
Sable suffered from an upper respiratory infection when she found us. It was relentless; however, a daily dose of L-lysine ‘treats’ for maintenance did the trick, and is still part of her daily regimen at this time.
Keep looking at that face…how can you resist??

All the cats with the sanctuary (and we humans who care for them) want to send a big ‘THANK YOU’ to the vendors and visitors who braved the rain today to make our fundraiser/craft fair a big success! The funds raised today go directly into our veterinary medical fund!
Thank you for helping us continue to change the lives of stray/feral cats in the community cat populations we’re currently focusing on!

SUCCESS!!!! Twilight is graduating from Socializing 101 class after two months of hard work! This boy was completely feral, without a doubt. Those instincts that kept him alive in the woods held on as long as they could until he finally gave in to realize what it meant to be safe and loved! Knew you had it in you sweet boy! Excellent work!!😻

We find it extremely hard to believe that special family hasn’t snatched this boy up yet. 😿
Theo needs a furever home now, more than ever. His foster family will be unable to foster him for much longer. He is an estimated 6-7 years old, neutered, and up-to-date with all vaccines. He loves attention, and gets along well with dogs and small children.

WE ARE SO THANKFUL! Donut and Bagel made the trip to their furever home TOGETHER!!!!
From being abandoned in a cardboard box at less than one week of age to realizing a dream that all cats wish for; a loving home and family to call their own!
I think these two have met their match…we could never get them to sit still much for pictures; always on the go. Apparently, their new siblings are wearing them out! It’s a purrfect match! Thank you for adopting!
