Hope, Horses & Kids Hope, Horses & Kids provides affordable access to horses for youth of all ages and abilities

HHK can tailor any program around the specific needs of a child, including special needs requiring dramatic assistance. Programs include a non-riding curriculum (safety, care and feeding, cleaning paddocks, grooming etc.), as well as longer, more academic-based structure that include horsemanship in three skill levels. There is also a planned vocational program that exposes kids to careers in the fields of veterinary science, horseshoeing, riding instruction, horse training and more.

We have an opening in our Friday homeschool group at 11am.
In these group sessions kids will work on improving life skills such as effective communication, teamwork, and self-regulation all while working with horses and a variety of barnyard animals. We have an excellent curriculums for equine assisted learning, Horse Powered Reading®️ and Horse Powered Math®️ and we tailor sessions to the needs of the group.
We are a vendor with Ocean Grove and Yosemite homeschool programs.
