🏰 📷Proof you do not need a suitcase full of gear to tell the best stories

"My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary by taking a 2-week trip with 6 of our kids to Ireland and Copenhagen. It’s always hard to decide what film cameras to travel with, but for this trip I bright a canon 1v with just a 35mm lens and a few disposable cameras. Whenever we travel, I only bring a film camera. These photos here are from a Dublin, Connemara, and Copenhagen. We had the best time!"

"These are my friends Madi's dogs: Doug (Golden Retriever) is a very loving pet. He loves to be pet. Always by her side. Loves to play fetch, play in the water, and go for walks. Ziva (Australian Sheperd) is very sassy and knows she is a queen. She also likes to go for walks and play fetch as well but knows her older brother Doug will always get the ball before she does. Doesn't stop her from trying."

"First two images chosen were from an at home maternity session and the second two were from my go to spot on the Columbia river on a late summer afternoon. I usually load a few cameras with different film stocks to mix things up during a session. I enjoy seeing how the same scene will look from different film cameras and stocks alongside the digital images when shooting hybrid."

When your maid of honor is a whole mountain (shout out to Mt. Hood!), the party has officially "peaked."

"Michelle & Andy travelled all the way from Chicago to get married in the PNW. They love to rock climb together and fell in love with the mountaineering history of their wedding venue () and the views of Mt. Hood! They let me know their main priority on their wedding day was to just have fun and feel present and wanted the photos to reflect that."

Imagine coming home to these sweethearts waiting for you on the front porch every day. 😍 Our pal, Stephanie, does.

"I started my Instagram account with my golden retriever Finn when he was just a baby and my love for all things dogs quickly grew! I now have three dogs and compete in performance dog sports and love living in St. Louis where we have access to Purina! Now Finn is almost 11 and was just diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and I’ll forever be grateful that Instagram has allowed me to document his entire life. Finn is the oldest, then my springer Nigel, and then lastly my youngest is my super star performance dog Lively!! I am also a new mom to a 7-month-old baby, and I absolutely love the chaos of owning dogs while navigating motherhood."

💐 👵First thing we would do time machines were real, is re-do our weddings so our grandmothers could be our flower girls. Priorities.

"The bride and groom were meticulous about every single detail on their wedding day. The bride even had her family member () drive in from California with a dream team of florists and she blew the space away. The grandmothers were the icing on the cake! They were so excited to be there and be included the whole day. We had a dream team of vendors to pull off the gorgeous day."

🏆 You know a camera was built right when it is still making magic decades later.

"These were taken on my husband and I’s 10th anniversary trip to Grand Teton National Park. I shoot primarily 120 film for work, but for personal projects and travel I love using my grandfather’s Canon AE-1 35mm! It’s not the most advanced camera, but it was part of my childhood. It’s really special to me to continue documenting my memories on it. Plus, it’s small enough that it’s easy to travel (and hike) with! I’ve even taken it skiing. I love the painting-like scans of stunning places that I get back from Photovision, and I plan to frame them around my house as beautiful artwork of our travels."
