Heartbroken following the loss, we established a connection with Willows AKC Golden Retrievers (owned by Lisa Beard in Crescent City, California), and we fell in love with the idea of bringing home two sweet girls that could help mend our hearts and one day provide joy to many more families with their puppies. We pride ourselves in well socialized golden retrievers who live full-lives on a 3-acre property surrounded in nature. The forested property is backed-up by a creek and offers plenty of deer, bird, and squirrel watching. Additionally, we have three cats and several ducks that the girls are curious about and gentle with. Stella and Luna are great with small children and have even won over dog-nervous kids with soft kisses and cuddles. Their warm hearts and mild manners are serving them well as they pursue their comfort dog certification!

I am looking to place one of my female Luna puppies into a guardian home. I place with a family as their fur ever pet with a signed contract that I as the breeder retain the breeding rights to her.

You must live local in the valley area, a home owner, have a fenced yard and be responsible for all regular pet care, vaccines, health checkups etc.

We pay for all breeding related care health testing and OFAs. We retain right to breed 3 litters and after contract is met we turn registration over to you.

It is a great way to have built in free boarding - you take vacation during puppy time. I do not charge you for the puppy.

Aurora Kai (Luna/Moose) turned 2
this spring and after completing OFAs we have been on a mission to run run run -
Aurora earned her AKC DCAT this weekend which requires earning 500 points!

It would be nice if we could earn FCAT (1000 points) but that will have to wait for 2027. We will however continue to collect points and prepare for fall Coursing events.

We have been having her do a round trip on the FAST CAT events and running at home she should be ready to go come fall.

In exercising Aurora Kai this morning we decided to introduce Selena Leota (Stella/Bogey) to some playful runs- we are limiting her running until she is 2 and has completed her OFAs. Selena clearly enjoys chasing Aurora and the ball - probably more just chasing Aurora. Maybe she will become a FAST CAT dog like Aurora and her Dad Bogey!

Luna and Ransoms puppies are just over a week old. Luna is doing well from her C-section and I think we are recovering too! Our girls are family.

Puppies are a beautiful red and will get darker. Puppy selection weekend is July 11th. These pups are super sweet already and if you are interested in summer puppy please reach and 1 guardian girl available.
Big shout out to Dr. Brubaker, Dr. Hale, and staff at Stayton Veterinary Hospital for their support and guidance to Sam and I as we navigated a first ever C-section, and how to do best for Luna and the puppies! They are the best!

6-6-2026 - Stella and Bogeys puppies are a year old! Here are some of their birthday shots. Selena celebrated with the HS Doggie Dash and a pup cup from Starbucks. Filbert and Sailor both got neutered (both have sisters now) but still had lots of birthday love. Winston spent time at the lake. Arlo got to go shopping for toys. Hattie Mae had quite a few birthday treats. Buffy and her family celebrated her day with decorations. Honey Rue had an enormous dog cake 🎂- that we could have all shared! And she somehow left her hat on her head. Cash man - had a great celebration and beach day! Flora Jane got steak!! Love you all and thank you for always sharing pictures! We all enjoy them. Handsome good-looking pups!
