🔥 Our first Gargoyle Gecko hatchlings of the season have arrived! These two little geckos are off to a great start, and we’re excited to watch them grow.
🍊 We also welcomed our first Tangerine Leopard Gecko hatchling of the season! We’ve already had several leopard geckos hatch this year, but it’s always exciting to see the first babies from a specific project emerge, and we’re looking forward to seeing more tangerines hatch in the coming weeks.

This is one of our favorite times of the year, and we are in the heart of it!

🦐 NEW RESIDENT ALERT 🦐

Looking for a unique, low-maintenance pet? We now have Neocaridina Shrimp available!

These colorful little shrimp are fascinating to watch and make a great addition to a desk, office, bedroom, or anywhere you’d like a small slice of nature.

Why people love them:
✅ No filter required
✅ No heater required
✅ Easy to care for
✅ Great for beginners
✅ Fun to watch and often reproduce in the right conditions

A few basic care tips:
🌡️ Ideal temperature: 65–76°F
💧 Small water changes (20–25%)
☀️ Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent overheating and algae growth
🚫 Avoid soaps, lotions, and chemicals, as shrimp are very sensitive to contaminants

These little ecosystems are a great way to enjoy the aquarium hobby without the space or maintenance of a traditional tank.

🦎🚧 BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT KEYSTONE COLD-BLOODED! 🚧🦎

Today is going to be an exciting (and slightly chaotic) day around the shop! We’ve officially started some renovations that we’ve been planning for a long time, and we can’t wait to show you the finished result.

⚠️ A quick heads-up: Things may be a little messy while we work, so please use caution when visiting the store today. Don’t worry—we’re staying OPEN and will be here from 12 PM - 8 PM for all your reptile, feeder, and supply needs!

Please note live rodent sales will be unavailable from 2pm-4pm.
Unfortunately, the rodent room isn't a place we can safely take the little guy, so we'll be stepping away from live rodent service during that time each day.
Frozen feeders, supplies, and everything else will still be available!
