ity work and friendly service. Please be advised we have a 24 hour notice cancellation policy. This policy is in effect for ALL new, prospective and current clients. Cancellations of new client appointments given less than 24 hour notice will be required to pay 100% of projected estimated groom cost before a new appointment will be offered. No Shows and Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full before a new appointment will be offered. Please keep in mind we have these policies in place to ensure we can retain our employees by being able to provide stable wages. I understand emergencies arise, but by offering a professional service, you are paying for our valued time, not just the service we provide. We would like to thank our clients for valuing our time and skills, and for patronizing our business.

🎉🐾 Happy 12th Birthday, K9 Nando! 🐾🎉

Today, we’re proud to celebrate a very special member of our department family—retired K9 Nando—as he turns 12 years old!

During his years of service with the City of Saint Marys Police Department, Nando worked tirelessly alongside his handler to keep our community safe. His dedication, courage, and keen nose helped make countless cases a success and left a lasting impact on our department.

Although he’s officially retired from duty, Nando will always be part of the Saint Marys PD family. These days he’s enjoying a well-earned life of naps, treats, and belly rubs. 🦴🐕

We will be closed today to grieve our best friend 💙 There’s no way to prepare for the devastating sudden loss that bloat causes. Last night my daughter said goodbye to her best friend. I said goodbye to the Velcro dog that followed me so closely that he stepped on my feet while he followed my every move around the house (unless he was glued to her of course) I genuinely thought we’d have a few more years with him, but life always manages to throw curve balls your way. I hope the other side of the rainbow bridge is just like your favorite days outside. …Running through the yard… Shaking your favorite toys and playing chase with your buddies. Saying we’ll miss you is a gross understatement. Loving you for the last 9 years was the biggest privilege I could’ve been given. 🐾 🌈 the greeting you’ll give at the rainbow bridge when we get there will be like nothing else..

♦️HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS♦️

🌲 It’s that time of year again! With just under 6 working weeks of appointments before the holidays, I have VERY limited spots available before Christmas.

❄️ Nail trims are a walk-in service for dogs. If you have a cat - please call ahead as my personal availability varies some days.

❄️ De-Shed and groom appointments are available on a limited basis over the next couple weeks.

❄️ New clients are being accepted with a deposit. Our current policy requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Deposit is transferrable and refundable as long as it falls into that 24 hour window.

❄️ Current clients - if your December appointment isn’t booked before the end of this week I cannot guarantee one! We open up holiday appointment availably to new clients the beginning of next week! The very few we have left will be first come - first serve.

☃️ Big things are coming at the start of the new year! Some of you know ☺️ but we will be making the big announcement official soon 🐾
