It’s time to start voting! 😜 Our Superintendent Kiss the Pig Fundraiser is officially underway!

You can start voting early, and during Fair Week we’ll also be accepting cash payments! When submitting your payment, be sure to let us know which Superintendent you are voting for.

You can vote for one Superintendent OR split your votes between multiple Superintendents! Every dollar counts! 💰

The Superintendent who raises the most money will have to KISS THE PIG at our Livestock, Poultry & Rabbit Awards Ceremony on Friday, September 10th at 5:00 PM!

All funds raised will go toward renovation projects in the Livestock Barn to help continue improving the facilities for our exhibitors.

We’ve been quiet this summer and for that I apologize. Health concerns for both of us have kept us busy.

I wanted to give a shout out to the kids, parents and AG teachers across North Central Arkansas. This is fair time around here and we are coming up on the Searcy County Fair September 7th – 12th, 2026 followed by the Boone County Fair and the Northwest Arkansas District Fair. We have always sponsored the Searcy County Fair with ads, livestock awards and the dairy goat show. This year we are the proud sponsor of the Dairy Goat show buckle. These kids and their families work so hard for these fair days and if you can, take the time to visit the county, district or state fair this year. Watch some events, eat some fair food and maybe even participate in the premium sales to ensure these kids keep showing and participating for years to come.

I grew up in a big city up north and could not participate in 4H or FFA while also raising my kids in that environment. I always felt that we failed them even though they turned out great. We now can support our two grandsons, who love the farm, the animals and even the responsibility of the chores. This year, get in fellowship with your friends and neighbors for some good old fashioned fun.
