Meet Zaya, our precious Urgent Care Relief Grantee of the week! ❤

This nine-year-old terrier mix is her owner's "spoiled little girl," a cherished companion who makes every car ride and walk an adventure.

Zaya began struggling with her back legs, developed fluid in her abdomen, and became severely anemic, requiring a blood transfusion. Thanks to the quick action and initial support, Zaya received an ultrasound and initial diagnostics. She needed exploratory surgery to determine the root cause of these complications. However, her owner is facing significant financial hardship after covering the costs.
Your support for RedRover's Urgent Care Relief program helps families like Zaya's get the critical veterinary care they need during times of crisis.

UPDATE: We're thrilled to share some positive news! Zaya is eating well, regaining strength, and even gained four much-needed pounds!

These dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to renovate and enhance domestic violence shelters, making them pet-friendly havens where families can heal together. Because no one should have to choose between their safety and their beloved animal companions. 🐾

Her diverse background, holding a Juris Doctor and a Master’s in Counseling, brings a unique and invaluable perspective to our life-saving work.

to some incredible impact in Louisiana! 🐾

Rewinding to last weekend when our dedicated RedRover Responders teamed up once again with the wonderful folks at PAWS of NE Louisiana (Paws Nela) in West Monroe. We were thrilled to host another FREE pet wellness and supply clinic, and the turnout was truly heartwarming – a RECORD number of furry friends received care! ❤

Over the two days, we were able to provide:
A whopping 969 vaccinations
Crucial spay/neuter opportunities for 112 pets
Peace of mind with 466 ID tags
And so many essential supplies like food, leashes, collars, toys, plus those amazing skin and ear kits thanks to the generosity of MySimplePetLab!
