This week we’re celebrating Veterinary Practice Manager Appreciation Week, a time to recognize the people who quietly keep the hospital running.
Practice Managers wear a lot of hats, often all at once. They oversee scheduling, hiring, training, payroll, inventory, HR, client communication, budgets, and so much more. They’re the bridge between departments, the problem-solvers when things get chaotic, and the ones ensuring every part of the hospital functions smoothly so our doctors and staff can focus on patient care.
They manage the business side of veterinary medicine while supporting the human side — the people, the emotions, and the daily challenges that come with caring for animals and their families.
So here’s to every Practice Manager out there. Thank you for your leadership, your adaptability, and your constant dedication behind the scenes. Veterinary medicine simply couldn’t function without you.
