This week has been a thrilling 🥰 time for Carlos and I. We have the privilege of announcing the arrival of our adorable grandson, Henry. We are officially grandparents ✨️, and we couldn't be prouder. My daughter Briana and her partner Zack have done an outstanding job. I have every confidence that Briana is going to be a fantastic mom 🤱. We may be biased, but Henry is absolutely perfect 💯

Hazel 🍂

We are thrilled to announce that the last of the littermates, Hazel 💚, joined her new family last Saturday. Shannah, her daughter Zannah, and son Dannah (Danny) came to us from Missouri.

Back in MO, there isn't a whole lot of downtime. Shannah owns her own veterinarian practice; they raise and show cattle all over the Midwest, and have experience in dog obedience/showmanship. Shannah is no stranger to the American Eskimo breed 🐻‍❄️. She and her grandma raised Eskies for about 30 years. However, Shannah has been without one for the last 10. We anticipate great things from Hazel. She will definitely have a life full of adventure 🛣

We are honored to have been given the opportunity to work with this amazing family. Thank you for putting your trust in us. Welcome to the CD Kennels extended family 💞

Latte 🍂

We are pleased to announce our next family, Sarah and Chad, who came to us from North Dakota. As we worked together, their passion and excitement to bring a new puppy into their lives was evident. Following the loss of their previous Eskie almost three years ago, they were now ready to open their hearts again 💞 to a new addition!

Each family we meet makes a lasting impression, but the authentic joy we experience with every individual is truly remarkable. Chad and Sarah were an absolute pleasure to work with. We appreciated their involvement and enthusiasm throughout the process.

Join us in congratulating Glacier (AKA Latte) and family on their new chapter. Welcome to the CD Kennels extended family. Thank you again!

Marigold 🍂

It is with great pleasure that we introduce our next family...

Felicia, her step-daughter, Ammy, and family are well-acquainted with CD Kennels, having returned to adopt their second puppy, a full sibling to their first, Kiki 💚. Felicia shared with us that Kiki has had a profound impact on her perception of dogs. She is deeply appreciative of the American Eskimo breed, Kiki's outstanding personality, willingness to learn, and ability to follow commands, as well as being a devoted coffee ☕️ buddy.

Marigold's 💛 furever family is located in Central Wisconsin. They were absolutely smitten with little Marigold. Her family reports, the introduction between Kiki and her went well. They also renamed Marigold to Latte. What do you call two coffee ☕️ mugs sitting next to each other? A latte love 🤪 We couldn't resist 😉

Thank you again, for choosing CD Kennels!! We appreciate our returning families.

Casper 🍂

This past week has been filled with new beginnings for several of our pups. Please join us in congratulating Mark and Dianne on their new addition, Casper.

Mark and Dianne are from southern Wisconsin. They experienced a devastating loss 💔 after their previous Eskie, Remy, passed away from a blood disorder called Hemophilia last September, at the age of 7.

We are honored to have been given the opportunity to work with this amazing family, filling their home 🏡 and hearts with a bit of love and renewed excitement. We are confident that little Casper will have no problem keeping them occupied. The name Casper grew on them, so they've decided to keep his name.

Mark and Dianne, thank you for choosing us and trusting 💞 us to match your family with an amazing puppy. Welcome to the extended CD Kennel's family

Leina/César Litter

Our local veterinary clinic, MVP, recently hosted a successful "Puppy Party" 😉, where the puppies underwent a thorough examination under the expert care of Dr. Dan and the clinic staff. We consistently 💞 appreciate the warm welcome and exceptional care provided by the MVP team.

As part of the examination, Dr. Dan conducted a comprehensive assessment of the puppies' overall appearance, as well as checks for any irregular heartbeat 💓, pulse, respiratory rate, hernia, eyes, ears, nose, teeth, and knees. They received their age-appropriate vaccinations and a clean bill of health 😊. Lauren kindly posed for our traditional send-off photo.

Take a look at the spooktacular 🕸 door designed by one of the staff. They are currently having a contest to see who has the most creative design 👻🎃. Anyone can submit their vote by going to their page.

During the week, we will be introducing our extended CD Kennels families. We are so excited to meet them. Thank you again!!

Day: 49 (week 7)
Leina/César 🍁

This year is bittersweet for us, as this is Leina's final litter, and her well-deserved retirement. She definitely wanted to go out with a bang 💥.

As we enter our final week with Leina's litter, we look back on this year's adventure, which has been a complex mix of emotions, challenges, difficult decisions, rewarding experiences, sadness, joy, and everything in between. To our followers who went through this process along the way, thank you!

We couldn't be more proud of this litter. Their unique personalities have kept us entertained. Their next chapter will soon begin. Have you heard of the 7-7-7 rule? It's a guideline to expose your puppy to varied experiences. The rule suggests a puppy (before 12 weeks) should encounter seven different people, seven different locations (or surfaces), and seven different challenges or objects. This will promote confidence, resilience, and less fear of new situations.

We will be accepting applications for Spring of 2026. We anticipate litters from our Eskies Jana and Myka. We are also excited to share that we may have a potential Samoyed litter from our beautiful AKC, Nadya Biz. Please privately message us if you're interested in adding an American Eskimo pup or a Samoyed to your family.

🧡 Casper (M) Res ~4lb 6oz
💚 Hazel (F-1) Res ~4lb 4oz
🤎 Latte (F-2) Res ~3lb 7oz
💛 Marigold (F-3) Res ~3lb 4oz

As always...
Thank you again for following.
