Sometimes when the clinic gets quiet and the lights dim, we find ourselves thinking about all our little loved ones curled up at home. If you’re up late worrying about a paw, a sneeze, or a sudden “something feels off,” just know we’re here for you. Your pets are family to us, too. If you need anything at all, reach out — we’re always here to help.

Itchy Pet Awareness Month: Scratching Isn’t “Just a Phase.” Most itching comes from allergies, fleas, dry skin, or ear issues — and all of them can be treated.

Signs to Watch:

• Constant scratching
• Red, irritated skin
• Paw‑licking
• Ear shaking

Itching hurts. It interrupts sleep. It leads to infections.
And your pet doesn’t have to live with it.

📞 Call us today — let’s get your pet real relief.

🐈‍⬛ Black Cat Appreciation Day is a celebration, but it’s also an opportunity to confront a bias that can have real consequences.
Research examining nearly 8,000 cats at an urban Kentucky shelter found that black cats faced disadvantages in both adoption and euthanasia outcomes.
Known as “Black Cat Bias,” this phenomenon can be shaped by everything from long-standing cultural associations to the way darker-coated animals photograph and appear in shelter listings.
Awareness is one step toward changing it.
Today, celebrate black cats by challenging the assumptions that can make it harder for them to find homes.
