π¨ No-call, No-show policy reminder! I take pride in providing exceptional pet care, but no-shows result in wasted time and limit other clients' access to appointments. To mitigate this, a fee equivalent to the full service cost will be applied for missed appointments without 24-hour notice before rebooking. Please call or text to cancel with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Thank you for your understanding! β€οΈ Please note that reminders are sent one week and again two days prior to appointments.
