Hi guys, I am going to be back in salon this week starting tomorrow. I miss my clients and I miss my coworkers so I will begin to step into what this different life is for me now. I am ok, but I am not ok, if that makes sense.
All that being said I am going to offer my soonest availability to those of you who I had to cancel on last week. In order to not overwhelm myself I will do this one at a time. After I have my canceled appointments taken care of I will post what my remaining availability for June is.
I appreciate the overwhelming support and concern that has been expressed. I am grateful for my community and my job. Navigating my emotions and life is going to be a slow process but step one is getting back into the salon and keeping my team aware of how things are going, especially on the difficult days.
My gratitude for you all is unmeasurable. I truly appreciate you. ❤️‍🩹

I apologize for having missed so many messages and having had to cancel appointments. In the last two weeks I have experienced two devastating losses and I’m trying my best to be ok. I have no timeline of when I’ll get back on my feet or any prediction of how this will go.
I will try to communicate with you guys the best that I can as far as appointments go. My coworker Kayla with Kayla’s Grooming is amazing and she may be able to help me by getting my regulars in if she’s got the availability.
Please be patient and understanding with me at this time, I am really struggling right now.

Hey guys! Some much needed construction will be going on next week! We may be having clients come through the back entrance as they work on the pampered paws front drive in. This is so awesome and will be great when it’s done! Please be patient with us and we will try to keep updates as well. Thank you! 💚

Hey Pampered Paws parents!!! Next week we will be having some construction on our driveways. We are doing some major fixer-ups to get rid of all the mud! Royal and his family hope you all had an amazing Christmas!
On that note it’s back to the grind on Monday and I’ve got the list made of my availability! I’ll update as it changes and the easiest way to do this is to comment what day and time you want and I’ll book your appointment and then delete it off the list immediately. It is so nice to have some openings but they will fill up quickly so I do still recommend booking out your next appointment whether it be a 4, 6, or 8 week schedule!

Hey guys, I wanted to take a minute and address the no-show policy.
First off- I can’t express my appreciation enough for those of you who reach out to me in advance when you can’t make it to an appointment. It helps me rearrange my schedule and gives me the time to fill in those spots with someone else who’s needing in. It makes me so happy when I can do that and I thank you for your consideration.

Second- everyone gets a confirmation text that their appointment is made and a reminder 24hrs prior. The 24hr reminder is your chance to cancel your appointment if necessary. You reply Y to confirm your appointment and N to cancel. It is helpful for me when you do reply because I then receive a notification on my end. There is a contract that is sent when your first appointment is made that needs to be read carefully and signed. If you get a text with this contract every appointment it is because you have not read and signed it. Please, please do so. This covers everything between me and my clients and also covers no-show appointment and the 50% of groom charge that is included.

Third- I’m to the point of zero forgiveness when it comes to no-show appointments. It not only affects me directly but also affects my other clients who need appointments. I just don’t have the tolerance for it anymore. I am 100% understanding to emergencies and changes of plans or last minute stuff but the lack of communication is hard to take.

Please know that this is coming from a place of love for my clients. As always, I appreciate your patience and understanding with me.

Dipped my toes a bit further into creative grooming this month and I loved every bit of it! 💚
