๐๐พ Happy Howl-o-ween! ๐พ๐
Halloween is full of fun frights, but some of those spooky surprises can be dangerous for our furry friends. Keep your pets safe this season with these quick tips:
๐ป Treats are for trick-or-treaters, not pets!
Chocolate, sugar-free candies (xylitol), and raisins are toxic to dogs and cats. Keep candy bowls out of pawโs reach.
๐ฏ๏ธ Beware of decorations.
Glow sticks, candles, fake cobwebs, and cords can tempt curious pets and lead to burns, choking, or tummy troubles.
๐ง Costumes should be comfy.
If your pet wears a costume, make sure itโs safe: no tight straps, dangling parts, or blocked vision. Always supervise them.
๐ช Door dashing danger.
With trick-or-treaters coming and going, pets may slip outside. Keep them secure in a quiet room or use a leash/harness.
๐ ID is essential.
Make sure collars, tags, and microchips are up to dateโjust in case your little goblin gets out.
